Yes, we consciously select only the highest quality ingredients that deliver the most effective results without compromising the skin’s natural flora.

We are proud to be 100% Australian made and owned.

IS BY KATIA CRUELTY-FREE AND VEGAN?

Yes, we do not believe in testing on animals so we are cruelty-free through every step of our manufacturing process and all our formulas are vegan.

DO BY KATIA PRODUCTS CONTAIN FRAGRANCE?

No, our bodycare range has been formulated free from fragrance to ensure that it’s safe and soothing for all skin types.

IS THE BY KATIA RANGE PREGNANCY-SAFE?

Although the BY KATIA range doesn’t contain any ingredients that could be considered harmful to pregnancy, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional for advice before using our products.

We’re here to support you with any issues you may have. Please get in touch with us here within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Shipping

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders within 2 business days. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking information where you can view an estimated arrival date.

For standard shipping in Australia, orders typically take 5 business days to arrive. For express shipping, orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive.

For international shipping, orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive.

Unfortunately we cannot assume responsibility for any transit delays with your order carrier.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard shipping in Australia – $10

Express shipping in Australia – $20

International shipping – (Coming Soon)

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship domestically across Australia. International shipping coming soon.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?

All duties and taxes are included in Australian orders.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can view the status of your order through your Account page, where your order will be updated as it is confirmed, shipped and delivered.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your payment method will be charged as soon as your order is placed with us.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Our team is dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, so we aren’t always able to make changes to most orders. If you’ve made an error or wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible here with your order information and we will do our very best to assist you. However we unfortunately cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations can be made after you’ve placed your order with us. We cannot assume responsibility for any address errors or delays with your order after it has departed our fulfillment center.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. We require the original order number to place a return, and you will then be refunded in full via your original method of payment. To begin a return, please get in touch with us here with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

For a refund to your credit card, please allow 5-10 business days once processed for the transaction to appear on your statement.
