How to Dry Brush Your Thighs: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Select the Right Brush

Choose a By Katia thigh brush with natural bristles, firm enough to exfoliate, yet soft enough for daily use. Our interchangeable body brushes are perfectly shaped to follow the natural curves of the thighs and hips.

Step 2: Begin with Dry Skin

Always dry brush before bathing. Skin should be clean and completely dry, free of any lotions or oils.

Step 3: Follow the Flow – Brush Upward

  • Start at the knee, using long, upward strokes towards the hip.
  • Cover all sides: inner thigh, outer thigh, and back of the thigh.
  • Repeat each stroke 3–6 times, moving with intention and breath.
  • Don’t forget your bottom; continue the motion in an upward direction.

Step 4: Activate Your Lymph Nodes

After brushing, gently pump behind the knee using your index and middle fingers; 3 soft presses is enough. This activates the lymph nodes and deepens the effect of the ritual.

Step 5: Rinse and Hydrate
