My non-negotiable everyday ritual is…
“Tea. I find joy in picking fresh herbs and citrus from my garden, and drying the citrus rind and herbs for my tea is a ritual in itself. Morning and evening every single day, no matter the season”
Beauty to me means…
“Beauty, to me, lies in the resilience of the human spirit. It’s when a person can keep their heart soft and compassionate, even amidst life’s challenges. I believe this inner strength and kindness create a profound sense of beauty that transcends the surface.”
My current beauty rituals are…
- SKIN: “My skin ritual is very simple but one thing I cannot go without is a special warming honey mask once a week and collagen lips!”?
- BODY: “Dry brushing and body oil, always! I love using extra virgin olive oil on my skin as a moisturiser.”
- HAIR: “A very dear friend recently suggested scalp scrubs and it has been an absolute game changer.”
Which rituals help you to recentre yourself during times of stress or overwhelm?
“A body of water; I have had a very overwhelmingly busy schedule these past few years and Immersing myself in the water or simply lying on the sand in the sunshine feels deeply healing.”
What has been the most impactful daily action you’ve taken to cultivate a positive mindset?
“The rebounder trampoline! I wake up and jump for 10 minutes, which is amazing for lymphatic circulation and honestly helps me so much in keeping my mind clear and starting my day.”
The last time I felt true gratitude was…
“A couple of days ago when one of my very best friends made my favourite treats and drove all the way to deliver them to me out of the blue – collagen gut gummies, collagen brownies and a big cuddle. I feel so much gratitude for my beautiful friends and family.”
The best wisdom I’ve ever received is…
